Our products

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We do not give a guarantee that you, personally, will love any books provided to you but we do ensure that all books supplied are within the specified genre and recommended by our team of readers.

Product images are used for illustrative purposes only and may differ upon delivery.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 

Ownership of rights

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by Vicky O’Leary, owner of Hey Booklover. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website for any purpose, without first seeking our permission to do so.

Delivery

We currently use Royal Mail services to deliver the majority of products with a courier used if items are larger or heavier than standard and for some international destinations. Shipping charges apply on all orders below £25 total. See the Shipping page for a breakdown of costs.

Once your purchase is dispatched, we will email you notification. The item(s) will be delivered to the address you specify for delivery as part of the checkout process. It is important that this address is accurate. If it is not, the delivery of any replacement item may need to be covered by the buyer.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days unless the item is available only for pre-order in which case it will dispatch on the specified date. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Risk of damage to / loss of items passes to you at the time of delivery. 

Missed delivery or non-collection

If there is no one to receive your package, Royal Mail will attempt to deliver your item to a neighbour and leave a card. If it can’t be delivered, they will leave a card with details of collection from their Customer Service Point. 

Damaged goods

In the event that your order is damaged, please follow the general returns procedure.  If you would like to exchange instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that it can only be replaced for the same product, subject to availability.  If the same product is not available, or an alternative can’t be agreed, you are entitled to a full refund.
